General Information

This year's Booster Club is full of wonderful parents who want to see every child have the opportunity to go Anaheim California. We will be going with the band, so the group should be quite large. The down payment of $300 is due November 23rd, 2005. Payment can be given to Carla Erickson or to the Choir Booster Treasurer, Barbara Johnson. To help every child have the opportunity to join us in Anaheim, we have several fund raising events taking place at this time:

  • FIRST: We are selling Entertainment Books for $35.00 ea. Send payment to Mrs. Erickson with your child and one will be sent home. (sorry, books can not be sent home without payment)

  • SECOND: Gold Canyon Candles are available for the holidays again this year. Samples of the scents are available and can be checked out by your child to help promote these beautifully scented candles. Be sure to ask your child to see the order form for sizes and prices.

  • THIRD: Each choir concert has a program that is handed out at the door. The program has business card size advertisements for sale for $25.00 per concert. Ask your employer or anyone you know that owns a business or is self employed if they would like their business card in our next program. Deadline for our first concert program is October 14th. Our first concert will be October 19th. ALL THE AD MONEY GOES DIRECTLY TO THE STUDENT!

  • FOURTH: This year's largest fund raiser will be our annual Silent Auction. This year it will be held at Manzano! We will need lots of donations of every kind, from products to services, we have even sold blocks of timeshare in the past. Parents, please consider this a plea for help! This event is huge and to in order for it to be successful, we need YOU! We will be sending packets home with your choir student soon. In it will be a letter on Manzano letterhead for you to hand to businesses owners explaining our silent auction and how they can help. Be sure let anyone who donates to our auction that all contributions are tax deductible! We will provide a giving statement for their records.
