About Us

The Family Center and Monty's Closet have been created to fulfill the needs for students and parents. Title I funding has been used to create a wonderful and safe place for Manzano High School families.

In the Family Center, students and parents have access to:

  • Computers and printers (available 7am-3:30pm)
  • School supplies and snacks
  • Invites to Monarch Moments, a monthly Family Night Event that are held the second Wednesday of the month.
  • Monty's Closet, an on-campus clothing bank. Students are able to pick up clothing when needed or just to look around.

We invite you to take advantage of all the services the Family Center has to offer. We are located in D-11 and D-12. Hope to see you soon!

Monarch Moments

ALL is welcome to attend the 1st Annual Indigenous Recognition Day on Sunday, April 30th from 9am-1pm in the Manzano High School Gymnasium. Enjoy Native American performances, food, shop jewelry, and listen to our guest speakers address the importance of education and community unity.

We did close vendor registration, but MHS clubs/organizations who are interested in setting up a booth can do so by contacting me. My contact information can be found on the event flyer (see attachment).

Hope to see you all there!
