Information for Parents

The purpose of a Family Center is to help parents feel welcome in their children's school, provide opportunities to network and socialize. We serve various needs of families so that parents and other adults can turn their attention to helping and supporting their children.

Parents are welcome at the Family Center Monday- Friday from 7am-3:30pm. Computers and printers are available. Monty's Closet is always open for students and their families. Come by D-11 and D-12 for more information.

Storehouse Mobile Food Pantry is coming to Manzano! Please check the flyer for dates, times and locations.

Don't miss out on an opportunity to pick up great food for your family!

Dear Manzano Community,

We learned this week that the library ramp has deteriorated over the years and may be unsafe for student and staff use, so we have temporarily closed the library. We are working with the district on a plan to shore up the ramp in the coming weeks. Once this project is complete, we will be able to reopen the library for the rest of the semester. Then, this summer, we plan to provide a permanent fix for the ramp.

In the meantime, our librarian will work with teachers and students on providing books and resources as needed. Students and classes also will have access to computers in our computer labs.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we must put student and staff safety first. Thank you for your understanding.

Karen Webb, Principal
