1. Update on 2002 Legislative funds allocations to MHS &Cluster.

2.

Steve Schum/Patti Morrison - Update on technology/network infrastructure progress. Discuss wireless and/or fiber connections from MHS portable classrooms & offices to MHS LAN, APS WAN & the Internet.

3.

Steve Schum & Patti Morrison - Outline overall MHS needs for computer classes, labs, classrooms, hardware, software, projection systems, textbook needs.

4.

Discuss / plan APS/ MHS professional development needs, especially as they relate to teaching to Content Standards & Benchmarks.
Both MHS & APS need up-to-date comprehensive surveys.

5.

Discuss MHS Career Pathway/Portfolio Development/Touchstone courses professional development plans for grades 9-12 teachers .

6.

Discuss technology & facilities needs related to proposed 9th Grade Family Plan for 2002-2003.

7.

Steve Schum-Discuss AUP Policy for 2002-2003. Plan to include the AUP Policy in student summer registration packet.

8.

Steve Schum to produce a one-page summary of MHS computer labs info, logon/user accounts/logoff policies, whom to contact, etc.
This summary needs to include APS updates on software!! (McAfee AntiVirus, Fortres 4.1, Foolproof, Grade Quick, File Maker Pro, Office 2000, Office XP)
